About the role

You'll oversee day-to-day operations across several locations, travelling between sites on a regular cadence to coach local managers, audit standards, and unblock problems. You'll standardize processes so every site runs the same playbook, compare site-level KPIs to find and spread what works, manage regional budgets and staffing plans, and lead openings or turnarounds of underperforming locations. Your leverage comes through the site managers you develop, not through doing their jobs for them.

What you will bring

You bring experience managing managers across multiple locations, comfort living partly on the road, and the discipline to run consistent standards without micromanaging. You read a site's health quickly from its numbers and its floor, and you develop local leaders instead of creating dependence on yourself.
